At Gibbs we offer two exciting programs:
▪ The Associate of Applied Science Degree program is an 21 month degree program. Its courses can give you a solid foundation in design theory, computer graphic techniques, and drawing fundamentals. With a Specialized Associate Degree in Visual Communications, you can prepare for careers as a graphic designer, illustrator, or production artist.
Coursework includes design, popular software drawing and design programs, as well as general education and communication skills. Successful graduates can look forward to entering today’s workplace with skills, experience, and confidence.
▪ The Visual Communications Certificate Program is an intensive 12 month program. It is designed to provide students with an opportunity to learn fundamental graphic and design skills. Successful graduates can look forward to pursuing entry level positions in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or Digital Graphics.
